The ‘Bremen against coronavirus’ communication concept aims to inform all citizens of Bremen about the vaccination campaign in the federal state of Bremen. The goal: to bring the pandemic to an end through high vaccination rates and a strong sense of community. The concept was commissioned by the Senator for Health, Women and Consumer Protection (responsible authority) and was developed by the Bernstein agency, by the people of Bremen for the people of Bremen.
Following the motto ‘Us. You. Everyone.’, we can all show our commitment against the coronavirus. After all, it is clear that, only by working together, can we overcome the pandemic. Vaccination and boosters, adherence to distancing, mask, hygiene and ventilation regulations, and regular testing are the key steps that everyone needs to take in order to achieve this goal as soon as possible.
The website bremen-gegen-corona.de will shine a light on all the people of Bremen who are supporting this campaign. We ask volunteers to support this good cause – with a portrait photo, their first name and, if they wish, a statement that will be shown to the growing number of supporters in the website gallery. With their support and photograph, they are showing solidarity and helping us to overcome the pandemic together. For this purpose, we will publish your photograph, your name and, if applicable, your statement as part of our campaign on bremen-gegen-corona.de.
With your consent, you give permission for photographs provided by you (of you or your child), including names and statements if applicable, or reproductions of these photographs/video recordings to be reproduced, disseminated, made publicly available, broadcast or published free of charge in unaltered or altered form by the agency Bernstein GmbH on behalf of the Bremen Senator for Health, Women and Consumer Protection for PR, communication or editorial purposes, as described above, without any restriction as to the use or area or time of use.
Insofar as there any references to ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin colour, head covering, glasses) in the image material, your consent also applies to these indications.
The photographs will be uploaded, stored, made publicly available and published on our website bremen-gegen-corona.de for the aforementioned purposes, without any restriction as to the use or area or time of use.
There shall be no further use of the recordings for the advertising purposes of third parties or commercial reuse without the corresponding granting of consent, which shall be agreed separately in individual cases.
The photographs/videos or pictures created in connection with the recordings or provided by the participants become the property of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, represented by the Senator for Health, Women and Consumer Protection.
The models/legal guardians waive their right to be named (including that of the child) in connection with image publications. Bernstein GmbH or the Senator for Health, Women and Consumer Protection are entitled to use the first name of the model/child in a caption for the picture.
Insofar as you grant your consent to this separately via the tick box provided for this purpose, the material from the social networks accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) will be uploaded, stored, made publicly available and published for the aforementioned purposes, without any restriction as to the use or area or time of use.

Information posted on the Internet, including photographs, can be easily copied and distributed. Information published on the Internet may continue to be found elsewhere online even after it has been deleted from the original website.
With your consent, you also give your permission for us to collect your email address and send you confirmation of the uploading of material. We will not use your email address for advertising purposes.
